Fuel System Repair

As part of our comprehensive service offerings for construction equipment, our Service Department offers clients fuel system repair.

Our rich experience working with equipment from manufacturers such as Develon, Doosan, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, New Holland, JCB, Liebherr, Hyundai, Case, Volvo, and others allows us to effectively and promptly address virtually any issues.

All work is carried out exclusively in our repair workshop, except for diagnostics and identifying the cause of the breakdown.

We offer services for fuel system repair of any complexity:
– Common Rail System diagnostics;
– Plunger (injection valve) replacement;
– Repair kit replacement;
– Repair (replacement) of the fuel transfer pump;
– Injector repair (adjustment), nozzle replacement;
– Test trials after major repair;
– Installation on the machine, startup, and commissioning.
