Engine Repair and Diagnostics

The Service Department of the Group of Companies «Industria» offers warranty and post-warranty repair and diagnostics of excavator and loader engines from well-known global brands: Develon, Doosan, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, New Holland, JCB, Liebherr, Hyundai, Case, Volvo and others.

The availability of a constantly updated stock of spare parts allows us to guarantee their prompt delivery to any region of Ukraine. Thanks to an electronic parts database, we timely order parts that are not available in our stock, thereby minimizing repair and maintenance time.

We perform the following stages of work:
– Engine diagnostics;
– Complete engine disassembly;
– Washing;
– Defect inspection (identification of defects in the condition and working lifespan of all component parts);
– Repair or replacement of units and mechanisms;
– Mandatory replacement of minor components;
– Replacement of consumables (oils, filters);
– Assembly;
– Break-in period (operation of the repaired engine for several hours, during which roughness and protrusions on rubbing surfaces are smoothed and polished);
– Bench testing.
