X Class

Detachable X series buckets are designed for extremely heavy operating conditions in the mining and construction industries. The reinforced bucket construction allows for intensive use of the attachment when working with solid non-cohesive materials such as loose basalt, saltpeter, blasted granite, quartz sand, sharp stones, and other dense construction materials.

The key structural elements of the heavy-duty X Class construction bucket, developed based on 50 years of experience, have the following features:
– Wear-resistant overlay and lower section;
– Cutting edge made of sturdy 500HBN steel;
– Wear-resistant sturdy plate with a folding rhomboidal section;
– Robust original SD teeth;
– Reinforced lower part for protecting the shell from wear;
– Edge protection to prevent plate wear;
– Internal set of wear strips made of 400BHN steel.

X series buckets are installed on excavators with a total weight of 34 to 85 tons, which are used in mining, municipal, and construction sectors.
