S Class

The S series buckets are developed by South Korean engineers specifically for super-heavy-duty operating conditions. These buckets feature thicker plates and powerful teeth that are resistant to wear, ensuring easy penetration into abrasive non-cohesive materials. S-class buckets are known for their durability, wear resistance, and extended operational lifespan due to the use of premium steel grades for manufacturing the main structural elements of the equipment:
– Wear-resistant overlay and lower section;
– Sturdy cutting edge made of 500HBN steel;
– Wear-resistant, reinforced rhomboidal section plate;
– Robust original SD teeth from Doosan.
Powerful S-series buckets are ideal for working in quarries, transfer points, civil and industrial construction. The detachable equipment is used for the excavation of solid and dense materials such as blasted rock, sandstone, compacted clay and stone, gravel, loose basalt, granite, and quartz sand.

S-class buckets are installed on excavators with a total weight of 22 to 70 tons. Available for order are buckets with capacities ranging from 0.91 to 5.24 cubic meters and a width of up to 2100 mm.
